Hosting Team
Ryo Osera — Founder / General Director
Born in Nagasaki, Ryo has an impressive background in social marketing, urban planning, and travel services. He co-founded HafH, a travel subscription service, and now leads as CEO of Yugyo Inc. and Executive Officer of the Japan Digital Nomad Association. As a seasoned digital nomad himself, he is passionate about promoting Fukuoka as a premier destination for digital nomads, Ryo embodies the spirit of “being where you’re meant to be.”

Akina Shu — Co-Founder / Sales Director
Akina Shu, founder of Nomad University, is on her fourth world tour, inviting digital nomads to Japan. With a passion for food, art, social contribution, and investment, Akina is eager to connect with participants and make Colive Fukuoka 2024 a memorable experience for all.

Tomoya Matsumoto (Matt) — Content Director
Party nomad and founder of RoccaN inc. and Nomadresort inc.
RoccaN Inc. produces Japanese culture to the world while stimulating the senses, and NomadResort inc. is a company based in the tropical island of Okinawa, Japan, that produces content for digital nomads by managing coliving spaces and other vacation properties in rural Japan. I plan to hold a two-week retreat coliving event in November in Okinawa.

Born and raised in Japan with UK nationality, Jazmine leverages her unique background to foster diversity and inclusivity. TEDxWaseda 2023 speaker and community manager for Colive Fukuoka 2023, her global experience includes co-hosting the 5th Nomad Workation Retreat, Philippines and working as a Community Coordinator at Alt_Chiang Mai, Thailand. Jazmine brings invaluable insights and experience to the Colive Fukuoka team.

As the PR Director, Ryoya is in charge of helping to spread the word and building excitement for Colive Fukuoka 2024. With years of experience in public relations at ECHO Inc., Ryoya excited to create a welcoming environment for digital nomads and ensuring that the world hears about the unique opportunities and experiences Colive Fukuoka has to offer.

Ryosuke Aoki (Roy) -Conference Logistics Manager
CEO of Tabi to Hokkaido LLC. Roy usually resides in the northern island of Hokkaido, but he is coming to Fukuoka in the south to welcome digital nomads to Japan. At Colive Fukuoka, he is manager for logistics of the main event.

Yuji Doi — Accommodations Support
Majoring in Japanese cultural history and education, Doi-chan left is job as a primary school teacher to become a professional calligrapher. He is practicing his English while immersing himself in the digital nomads scene.

Haren brings over 8 years of experience in the coworking space industry, having managed 400+ events and met over 10k digital nomads in Bali. Formerly a community manager at Dojo Bali and Tropical Nomad Coworking Space, he is now the Coworking Manager and Chief Happiness Officer at SOKKOOL coworking and coliving. He also participated in Colive Fukuoka 2023 as a Community Manager and it’s guaranteed his wealth of experience combined with his famous bear hugs will make your Colive Fukuoka experience unforgettable.

Lara, originally from Italy and currently in Tokyo, has been a traveler and digital nomad for over 10 years. She works as a language learning mentor for expats and multicultural families, and as a nutrition and wellness coach for digital nomads and individuals with stressful lifestyles. Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, and conversational in Japanese, Lara’s vibrant personality and expertise in food and language will brighten your days at Colive Fukuoka.
