We are excited to announce volunteer opportunities for Colive Fukuoka 2024, a month-long digital nomad program. This is a fantastic chance to gain valuable experiences by helping with event operations and guiding participants. We are looking for volunteers for various roles. Apply for the position that suits you best!
What is Colive Fukuoka 2024?
Colive Fukuoka 2024 is a pop-up coliving program where digital nomads from around the world gather to live, work, and collaborate in Fukuoka, Japan. It’s the first and largest program of its kind in Japan!

Who We’re Looking For:
- Those eager to use and improve their English skills.
- Students wanting to practice English and work in an international environment.
- Individuals interested in connecting with entrepreneurs, investors, and talented professionals.
- Community members aiming to attract digital nomads to their region. (We are also open to collaborating with local communities to create events in our program)
Volunteer Roles
A: Participant Support Volunteers (Students and English Learners Welcome)
Role: Assist with participant communication, event guidance, and social media content. (Example) Accompanying participants to the venue for assigned activities, assisting with orders at dining venues, taking photos and videos for social media, guiding participants to requested locations, providing reception and guidance support at the conference venue during the main week, etc.
Requirements:
- Choose your period:
A-1: October 23–25 (20 volunteers)
A-2: At least 5 days between October 1–31 (10 volunteers) - Good communication skills in English and Japanese. We welcome English learners who are active communicators.
- Accommodation and travel expenses are not provided.
- A-1: Receive a Green Pass for 3-day event participation.
- A-2: Event-related expenses covered (requires application).
- Must attend pre-event online meeting.
B: Community Manager Supporters
Role: Assist the three community managers throughout the month.
Requirements:
- Available from October 1–31.
- Able to communicate smoothly in English and Japanese
- Preference for those with work experience in co-working space / community spaces.
- Accommodation and travel expenses are generally not provided.
- Receive a Gold Pass for one-month participation and event-related expenses for responsible activities will be covered (application required for reimbursement of expenses).
- Must attend pre-event online meetings.
- May apply to other positions.
